＜要旨＞
本稿では，特許権の存続期間の延長登録の要件に関する知財高裁大合議部判決である〔ベバシズマブ事件・第1審〕判決の概要およびその後の実務への影響（審査基準の改定）を踏まえたうえで，延長登録制度の意義を探求する．

This article outlines judicial decisions that interpreted the requirements for patent term extension, and then explores the significance of the patent term extension system.
