─ 経営デザインシート導入についてのパイロット研究

＜要旨＞
企業経営や産業創造の理解を目的とする大学教育に，協力企業の公開情報調査，社長の出講，経営デザインシート作成を導入し，企業経営への関心や理解，起業願望等の変化を，自由回答記述・学生の主観的自己評価を問う質問紙調査（計4回）で測定した．導入の結果，企業経営への関心100%，企業経営の理解61.6%，協力企業の理解76.9%と増加し，起業願望も61.6%へ増加した．講義当初と最終回の変化の比較では，協力企業の経営方針や事業の理解と将来性について，100%プラスに進み，経営資源と経営デザインシート全社の作成では，約90%前後がプラスに進んだ．本研究の結果から，企業と学生の経営デザインシート作成で企業経営全般への関心や理解，協力企業への理解が大きく進むことが明らかになった．経営デザインシートは，就職活動の相互理解にも有効なコミュニケーション方法となる．企業と学生が未来の価値を共に創造する視点をもつため，幅広い場面での導入に期待する．
<Abstract>
Objective: To promote understandings about corporate management and industrial creation of students, Management-design sheet had introduced in University education.　The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of practicing this sheet for students.
Method: The public information about Sun-lit Co. Ltd., had been surveyed by students, and the president Okada had lectured on students.　Then, Management-design sheet about this company was practiced two times by students.　The changes of students are measured by qualitative survey of open-ended question and quantitative survey to ask the subjective self-evaluation of understanding. (Four times in total)
Result & Discussion: As the result, interest for company management had increased up to 100%.　Understanding for company management and entrepreneurialism had increased to 61.6%.　Finally, understanding for Sun-lit Co. Ltd., and expectation in its future had increased up to 100%.　Other results had been also advanced around 90%.
Conclusion: The Management-design sheet could be effective tool for students to learn management.　It would also　be excellent communication method for mutual understanding between companies and students in the job hunting.　To realize the situations that students and companies would create future value together, they should make good use of　Management-design sheet.
