<要旨>
<Abstract>
This is an example of creating a pillar of a future business by backcast thinking using a management design sheet (hereinafter referred to as KDS) in order to eliminate the anxiety that the management himself has had for a single business for many years.
I have often seen cases where companies that have been in trouble due to poor performance have used KDS to change their business models or have entered new fields, but there are companies like ours that are doing well and are not in trouble in a sense. Isn’t it rare to create a KDS and develop a new business? In the first KDS created, after grasping the “past” and envisioning what the “future” should be, we fell into the idea of forecast based on the current situation, and it was based on the intrinsic motive of the management that KDS aimed at.
I didn’t come up with a plan for the future. Therefore, we created KDS again, envisioned what the “future” should be, and grasped the “past”, and formulated a strategy of what to do to realize the “future”. This is an example of realizing new business development in a field completely different from the existing business.
