＜要旨＞
生物多様性の損失は止まっておらず，加速度的に進んでいることが報告されている．この傾向を止め，回復させるべく，ネイチャーポジティブ（自然再興）を目指すための国際的な枠組みとして，昆明・モントリオール生物多様性枠組（Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework: KMGBF）が2022年に開催された生物多様性条約第15 回締約国会議で採択された．KMGBF を中心に，科学技術的協力メカニズム，遺伝資源のデジタル配列情報に関する多数国間メカニズムについて紹介し，知的財産や技術移転などの観点から，若干の考察を行った．
<Abstract>
It has been reported that biodiversity loss has not stopped and is accelerating. The Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework （KMGBF） was adopted at the 15th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity （CBD） in 2022 as an international framework for nature positive in order to halt and restore this trend.　It was adopted at the 15th Conference of the Parties to the CBD.　Focusing on the KMGBF, scientific and technological cooperation mechanisms and multilateral mechanisms on digital sequence information of genetic resources were introduced, and some considerations were made in terms of intellectual property and technology transfer.
