＜要旨＞
事業環境が大きく変化していく中で，事業を成功に導き持続的に企業価値を向上させていくためには，既存事業の延長線で考えるのではなく，常に企業自身が変革を実行し，新しい価値を創り上げていく必要がある．
重要な経営資源のひとつである知的財産の役割や価値も大きく変化してきており，昨今のコーポレートガバナンス・コードの改訂や，IPランドスケープへの注目度の高まりから，企業のサステナビリティという文脈においても知的財産の重要性が再認識されつつある．本稿においては，事業環境変化に対応するための企業変革における経営デザインシートの有用性を中心に解説すると共に，昨今のコーポレートガバナンス・コードの改訂を踏まえた知財ガバナンスと経営デザインシートとIPランドスケープの関係性，そして経営戦略と知財戦略のあり方について考察する．
<Abstract>
As the business environment changes drastically, in order to lead businesses to success and sustainably increase corporate value, companies themselves need to constantly implement changes and create new value, rather than thinking in terms of an extension of existing businesses.　The role and value of intellectual property (IP), one of the most important management resources, is also changing drastically.　With the recent revision of the Corporate Governance Code and the increased focus on the IP landscape, the importance of IP is being reaffirmed in the context of corporate sustainability.　In this paper, we will focus on the usefulness of Management Design Sheet in corporate transformation to cope with changes in the business environment, and discuss the relationship between IP governance, Management design sheet, and IP landscape in light of the recent revision of the Corporate Governance Code, and how management strategy and IP strategy should be.
